What we publish
Explainers on science and technology: how a protocol actually works, what a new model changes, why a result matters. Every article aims to leave you able to explain the topic to someone else, not just recognise the words.
How articles are made
Articles come from two places. Some are written by contributors — anyone with a Google account can submit one. Others start as AI research: an editor picks a topic, a research assistant gathers current sources, drafts the explainer and draws the diagrams, and the editor then checks the facts and edits before anything is published.
Every article, from either route, is read by an editor before it goes live. AI-assisted articles say so in the byline, and list the sources they were built from at the foot of the page.
Diagrams
Technical diagrams are drawn as code rather than generated as pictures. That keeps them accurate, sharp at any zoom level, readable in dark mode, and readable by screen readers and search engines.

Know a subject well? Write an article. Markdown, code blocks, tables and Mermaid diagrams are all supported, and you can upload your own images.
